REFUND POLICY

The following terms outline the refund and return policies for participation in our Club programs and for related uniform items:

1. Program Fees

  • No refunds will be issued for missed practices, games, or voluntary withdrawal from the program.

  • A release from the Club may be granted upon request from the Player or Parent/Guardian only if the account is in good financial standing with no outstanding dues.

2. Exceptions for Qualified Life Events

In the case of a major qualified life event, the Club may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial reimbursement of fees. Such consideration will be made on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. Proper documentation and formal written notice to the Club are required.

Qualified life events may include, but are not limited to:

  • Serious illness or injury of the Player that prevents continued participation

  • Death of the Player or an immediate family member

  • Relocation to another state or significantly outside the Club’s training area

  • Loss of employment or severe financial hardship of the Parent/Guardian

  • Natural disasters or emergencies that make continued participation impractical

3. Uniforms and Apparel

  • Non-customized uniforms and uniform packages may be returned or exchanged if they are unworn and still have all original tags attached.

  • Customized uniforms or uniform packages cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
