REFUND POLICY
The following terms outline the refund and return policies for participation in our Club programs and for related uniform items:
1. Program Fees

No refunds will be issued for missed practices, games, or voluntary withdrawal from the program.

A release from the Club may be granted upon request from the Player or Parent/Guardian only if the account is in good financial standing with no outstanding dues.
2. Exceptions for Qualified Life Events
In the case of a major qualified life event, the Club may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial reimbursement of fees. Such consideration will be made on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. Proper documentation and formal written notice to the Club are required.
Qualified life events may include, but are not limited to:

Serious illness or injury of the Player that prevents continued participation

Death of the Player or an immediate family member

Relocation to another state or significantly outside the Club’s training area

Loss of employment or severe financial hardship of the Parent/Guardian

Natural disasters or emergencies that make continued participation impractical
3. Uniforms and Apparel

Non-customized uniforms and uniform packages may be returned or exchanged if they are unworn and still have all original tags attached.

Customized uniforms or uniform packages cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
