Rather than taking a break between short programs, players can build momentum through the Summer and continue progressing directly into the complete Fall season.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

Based on the Inter Academy methodology, sessions are designed according to each player's age and stage of development.

• 1v1 attacking and defending
• Movement on and off the ball
• Tactical awareness and decision-making
• Speed, agility, balance, and coordination

Training combines technical activities with progressive exercises, small-sided games, and realistic soccer situations so players can immediately apply what they learn.
